Not "Acing Civil Procedure," that's for sure

After using "Acing Civil Procedure" for that class, I had high hopes for this book. Though there were different authors, I had hoped that the same list-based system would be applied in this book as well. While there were some lists, they seemed forced and added just to have it fit within the series. It didn't seem to have a clear path or point. What I eventually found to be most helpful was looking up law review articles that dealt with major SCOTUS cases. Looks like nothing will live up to "Acing Civil Procedure!"

Not a fan

I was not a fan of this book after buying it. It was not very helpful and ended up sitting on my desk during the exam period. Look to another supplement for help. I used the Emanuel book and the Siegel Q&A series which were both very helpful.

What the?
By fallon isn't funny
This book has four authors and they cant seem to get it right. This is NOTHING like the other acing series book. Please see civ pro and property on how great the acing series can be. skip this one. This book is not tailored to exam writing on exactly what to look, rather it just rattles off a bunch of history.
